The booklet introduces the 2nd year students’ works made during 3rd semester 2010 of architectural course on the Faculty of Architecture, Technical University of Wroclaw, in the group tutored by LW. The projects of the housing estates are based on a landscape concepts defining the open space, the interior and the relations between them two. The issue is to research the continuum between house and garden as a complex inhabited landscape which is also a tool for defining unique qualities of sites which lack identity. In other words a landscape becomes an operational system which is able to hold various programmatic applications.
